Hotel had no electricity one night and then again for a few hours. The hot water worked whenever it wanted to. Rooms had a peculiar smell. Negatives aside, staff was very helpful. They accommodated limited mobility guests well. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. If you want a place to just go sleep after a day out this works well.

A very busy location . None friendly staff

I needed a place to stay for a few nights while a friend was having a surgery in a nearby hospital. This place was a perfect find. The staff was friendly and helpful, the parking was easy, and food was within walking distance. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay there.

Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware

The staff was amazing and charming. The breakfast was terrific, especially up on the roof. Great location! Highly recommend.

Clean room & they use the space to the fullest. Nice bathroom & cool tiles in shower. The breakfast was wonderful!

The staff was great. The location was great. My room was very comfortable, although showing a bit of wear and tear (knobs missing from lamps, a small tear in my bedspread, older and not particularly well-functioning soap dispensers in the bathroom). Just some little things that could have made a good stay better. And I really dislike the nightly "facilities fee." I know a lot of NYC hotels charge them, but they are ALWAYS irritating and seem like a bait and switch (the offered rate is not as low as it appears). I think any charges should be included in the nightly rate. This was an irritant as I checked out that will unfortunately be my lingering memory of The Muse. I hope it was worth it.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious. Nice, quiet location.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The location was especially convenient and ideal for visiting all the main sights. Would happily stay here again!
