Like most European hotels, air conditioning is not great. Room remained very warm even with a/c on. Rooms are small. Staff very nice and attentive.

Lalandia is NOT a resort. If anything, it’s a “last resort”. You are expected to pay extra for the gas, electricity and water. You have to pay extra for the sheets (i was aware). But you also have to put them all on yourself. And the inserts are pilled and old and have bits of goodness knows what all over them. On top of that, whilst we enjoyed the walk, we were given house 216. Very far away. The shuttle train isn’t particularly pushchair friendly. Also if you have a blue wristband, it’s only for the Aquadome and monky Tonky. Everything else, you must pay for!

The staff brought us an extra chair to the room, so we could both sit without lounging on the bed. The service for morning coffee and breakfast was fast and delicious.
