Had a lovely stay at the Sanctuary! The room was cozy, comfortable and super quiet. The shower was amazing too! Love the cute rooftop upstairs and all staff were very hospitable. Great location to all. Thanks for a great stay!

View was nice. That's it. There's only 4 elevators and a problem with the elevator system that made it stop on every floor. When the hotel is 40 floors, you have to budget 15 minutes just to to get to the ground floor! Elevators get hot and stuff and claustrophobic. Staff looks exasperated.
When asked about this, the staff will placate you and not offer assistance.
