(119 reviews) The hotel was exceptional and the views stunning. I loved my stay here. Special mention to Calliope, who was just lovely and really cares about her guests. The pool area was great and the bar staff attentive. The food was lovely too. The only thing I would say is that a car is useful as it is a little remote but that's just a tiny point. There is a bus stop close by as are a couple of beaches and restaurants and as I was only there for five nights, I was happy not to venture too far. However, I had to give this 3 stars as the rooms are very tired and old and are in need of refurbishment. I found hair in my shower head, which was eventually resolved by the hotel staff and my son and I received an apology. Several of the guests I was travelling with unfortunately had food poisoning, but I guess this is a risk with all inclusive and having food out for a while. Also several cats managed to get into the hotel. Overall the hotel staff make this a 5 star, and their job is made a lot harder by the improvements not going into the hotel itself. Whether you have a good stay is a bit of a luck of the draw.
