Had a nice stay with family, easy to make changes to bookings. Only fault was observing a waiter carrying burgers on a tray outside, they were not covered! Health and safety loads of flies about, breakfast good, plenty of choice. The young waitress had excellent customer service.

Lovely two night stay at the Loch Fyne Hotel. Staff were welcoming and cheery. Spa treatments were incredible and I have never felt so relaxed! Food was lovely, perhaps slightly expensive but just my own opinion. Didn’t get a chance to use the spa facilities like the pool etc but wish I had as it looked like a beautiful space. Room was cosy and ideal for what I needed. I found the bed a little too soft but that’s personal preference. The chairs were a little tatty and could do with being updated. The TV was not smart, so couldn’t cast things to watch on the apps, but again, a minor thing. All in all I would rate highly, and enjoyed my time away from the hustle and bustle of home life.

Great choice for a night over, reminded me of how hotels used to be. Great service, very attentive staff and a cosy room to relax in Fantastic breakfast rounded off a great stay Well done Thackary

Fantastic, overall. Convenient location; fantastic room (even if a bit of a walk). Our only complaints are relatively minor. There was an issue with the heating in the pool while we were there, which did put a bit of a damper on that side of things. Perhaps a small discount would have been appropriate in that circumstance. The other was that we felt pressured to commit to buying the breakfast when checking in in order to receive the discount. Ultimately, this meant that there were 2 days we would have ended up getting breakfast at the hotel but did not due to the higher price. Oh well. Apart from that, top notch.

Very comfortable stay in a lovely room, Within a very clean and well maintained building. Breakfast was as good as you could hope for, and Robert & Lena were friendly and outstanding hosts. Great parking space which was good because we walked very readily the short distance into town throughout our stay. To cap it all we had a sea view from the room.

Be aware of additional charges for spa and parking

Went for my wife's birthday but the experience was only average due to an extremely large and noisy wedding party. With the bar area full we were told we could get a bottle of champagne to take to our room by a very nice concierge (room service wouldnt answer the phone). We were then snapped at by a member of staff in a manner so rude it was almost comical and pretty much told to go away. Dinner was lovely and wedding free, however the noise from the wedding was very loud in our suite and kept my wife (who is terminally ill) awake. This situation was repeated at breakfast with the very loud wedding party dominating the space much to the detriment of other guests. Not sure if I would stay again based on this experience

The hotel was ideally situated and the room was clean.

Overall our stay was good , although let down by a couple of issues . Surprised that when returning from our concert around 11.20pm , the bar had been closed and could only get a drink by queuing at reception . The fact there was a lot of returning guests after the concert meant there was a bit of a wait. Seemed like a strange decision on a Friday night , after a big concert . Especially as I’d just stayed the on the previous Sunday for another concert and Bar was open. Also heard from some of the guests about whether food would be available , which they were told it would be … there wasn’t , therefore Uber eats was doing the food. Also a bit disappointed that in morning went for a shower , only to find … no hot water available . Reported to reception on check out. Overall I like the Village Hotel . Would like to add that the night porters where excellent and worked hard to get everyone drinks… not their fault .

Lovely hotel , nice modern rooms . Adjustable smart beds are a nice touch. Bowling Lane and Bar on top floor 7 . And food is served there also. Only issue I found was a male cleaner just opened our room door at 8 mins to check out , I was not impressed. Told him we weren't ready yet ( albeit few minutes) and he stated it's 11am !! I corrected him and said no ! It's 10.52am !! We were 2 females staying and we could have been in a state of undress ! No way the cleaner should have just walked into the room like that , my sister got a fright! Never have I experienced a member of staff ( certainly not the cleaner) to just walk into a hotel room with paying guests . I have mobility issues and I take my time to get ready and out by check out time ! Never should have happened so please instruct housekeeping on such matters please . Overall I did enjoy my stay .

Too good! Communicated time to time even before check in and made everything super easy. The studio is cute and has everything you need. Thank you for arranging everything and making the stay smooth. The common space is nice too.
