Limefitt Park Fishing Holidays

Location good breakfast good room was freezing cold no shower gel normally in a four star shower gel is included.

Lovely decor, had a mix of modern and rustic which was lovely and some of the stone wall original features. It had everything you need, was warm and comfy. Beds were comfy and the shower was really good too. Lovely touch leaving little gift for the dogs, and the communication with the host was very good. We would rebook if we return to the area!

Shower tap was broken, fridge hummed a lot. Shower was fixed quickly and unplugged the fridge. Everything else was fine.

Very clean room & beautiful building but quite tired and dated in parts. The bar is ridiculously expensive, £36 for 2 gin & tonics is morally wrong! Also the £25 per night parking charge is ridiculous considering the price you pay to stay in the hotel this should just be included. We parked in railrigg car park and paid £19 for 3 days instead. I think there should be food available at all times, even just cold sandwiches as an option for when you arrive back from the pub etc as there is no where to get food after a certain time. Also, spa was fully booked up and we was not aware until we got there. Waited 45 minutes for our cup of tea & toast at breakfast on both days. It would make more sense to have tea/coffee facilities available to help yourself aswell as toast services as by the time the toast and tea came we had ate our hot food. Room was spotless clean & beds very comfortable also lovely shower in the room too.

The room was lovely & comfortable. The Evening meal was delicious. The only thing that let us down was the breakfast. It didn’t seem to be freshly cooked and wasn’t very hot & not very well cooked. A shame. If we stay again we will not pay extra for the breakfast.
