The curtain kept coming loose, the sink cover was broken, lighting was poor, the stove was very slow, and there weren’t enough toilets/bathroom facilities. No cleaning service during the stay either. Even with those issues, the room size, cleanliness, and shuttle service made a big difference. For that reason, I’d still give it 4 out of 5 stars. (146 reviews) I needed an early morning shuttle to the airport. Their shuttle didn't start early enough, which I didn't realize until I got there. Also, the front desk has no one there during the night and early morning, which I also didn't realize. The staff member was very friendly on check in and did explain all. She did order a taxi for me for the next morning, which was great. However, at 3:45a.m. my confidence that it had all been done, wasn't great. I was VERY happy when the taxi showed up right on time at 4 a.m. But, what could I do if he hadn't shown up? I don't even speak French, had no way to get in touch with anyone. It was a lesson in faith. Thank God it worked out.
