Room, Balcony, staff, and breakfast were great! Room was clean and we really liked the layout. Gave everyone their own space and a little privacy. The private balcony over looking the river was so nice, relaxing, and huge selling point to us. Unfortunately the ice machine on our floor was out of service, however you could go to another floor to get ice.
The free breakfast bar was delicious and had so many options. Something for everyone. The two women taking care of the breakfast area are so nice and work very hard to keep everything stocked.
Pool area (deck, tables, lounges)were very clean. Pool did have a few tiles missing, but the pool was still nice to use on a hot day. We also enjoyed being able to get in the river and float.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.
