Spanish Pyrénées Fishing Holidays

Great location and clean space

Staff was incredibly helpful ! They went out of the way to Wish we could have stayed longer

Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,

This was a wonderful place to stay. The accomodation had everything you needed, was a good size, very well presented and quiet. The property was located perfectly to explore Bilbao. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the location of the hotel. We chose the “Level” upgrade which we felt was well worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We can’t give full marks however only because the hotel is beginning to be a bit “tired” - including the rooms. It is due for a refresh. We would still recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Bilbao.

Comforter comes out of its wrap because they are put between sheets instead of a dedicated cover. Makes it uncomfortable.

Really good location, able to walk to nice food in the evening and Guggenheim museum in the day and store our luggage after checkout to explore
