The room cleaning was terrible They didn’t even try to clean or make it look good My room wasn’t clean for 3 days and even when they were on my room they didn’t do any work like clean the bathroom or shower or the floor. The food in the restaurant was very poor and kind of not enough food for what they offered on the menu.

Good food in the restaurant. No smart TVs, cannot stream Netflix. Beds are harder than needed. Not a fan of carrying coffee and milk from the reception to my room at check-in. Could have been a much better experience.

Staff was quick to respond to the shower door not closing in my room, maintenance fixed the next morning. They also provided clean towels as we requested additional on some days. House cleaning needs more attention to details, like replacing used drinking glasses on the bar with fresh ones. Only the 9th floor had ice vending machine working, the other two floors had machine issues so no ice available. The thermostat in our room seemed to be defaulting to 73 degrees Fahrenheit in the middle of the night. We were not able to get uninterrupted sleep since we woke up sweating and had to reset/lower the thermostat to our desired setting each night or early morning.

Room was clean and large for our family. Location is wonderful. Staff were very accommodating and kind. We love this hotel and will continue to come back!

The room was dated, and there was no view on the ground level. The hot tub was cold. After paying almost $400 per night for the room, I was informed of a $15 per night to park our rental car.
