Our room was very spacious very large bed and clean staff was very welcoming polite and very helpful

We had the apartment size hotel, which was very spacious. The room came with tea pot, microwave, fridge, safety deposit box and wine cooler. Air conditioning worked great and you could get breakfast, but we chose not to. Bed was very comfortable and a nice Roman bathtub. Convenient location to a small grocery store, laundromat and a couple of bakeries. The train station was probably about 15 minutes away by walking. But there are subways right across the street, that will take you into the train station. And trust me, you do not want to have a hotel right by the train station. Too busy and congested. We were very happy with this hotel.

The main hotel was fine, however there’s two buildings to this hotel. We stayed in the building across the road. The room was okay, the carpet could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable. Could have done with two pillows each rather than one. What spoilt our stay was during 4 nights stay was we had no room service whatsoever. We were down to our last few sheets of toilet roll when leaving. Many will ask why didn’t I ask for extra, I am not prepared to go over the road and walk back with toilet roll or other things. We were on the main road where the 17 tram runs very regular, been on floor one was a little noisy, however for the convenience of public transport it was vey good and could live with the noise, in summer with the windows open, could be to noisy. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for the Christmas Markets, just wish room service would have been available, once again I should not have to ask for it.

The staff were very helpful and polite, the restaurant was fantastic and the room was beautiful. My only negative was that every time I tried to order room service, I had to call repeatedly for up to 30 mins in order to get an answer.

A beautiful hotel and room in Frankfurt. A bed like sleeping on clouds and such a great location to explore the city. We will definitely return next time we are in Frankfurt.

Close to the castle and Christmas market. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with an amazing variety of foods. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

First of good things. Best pillows I’ve had in years , traveling around the world. And warmed bathroom floor, just awesome around this time of the year Bad things, every day, while cleaning crew cleaning rooms the smell in hallways and elevator is unbearable. We had hold our breath and wait until elevators doors are open to jump right out and cough. Not sure what they using but better re evaluate. Staff really don’t care, a couple times had to wait cuz person was asleep at night and than they weren’t really happy that I asked for help Room was cleaned twice, both times they forgot to replace water bottle and tea bags Breakfast way too expensive for food variety and quality, so is parking I paid extra for this hotel expecting better service, sadly I missed out
