We had a lovely stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Our children loved the pool area, the food was great, and we had a great room. I only wish we were able to stay longer.

Great hotel for golfers, bikers and tourist. Beautiful surrounding, nice relax in hotel pool. Excellent food (had half board). Very friendly staff.

The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb.
The room was clean and well thought out.
The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. I mistakenly thought there was a pull out sofa but the bed was big enough for us family of 3.
We also had our breakfast included during our stay and it was delish!
The hotel is close to everything. I was sad to leave because we were treated so kindly and they really went above and beyond.

A lovely stay in Salzburg in the Hapimag Resort.
One thing I need to clarify: this is NOT a hotel. It is more of a short-term residence. Every room has a kitchenette and breakfast is not included or indeed on offer. There is no restaurant or bar or even a lobby. A very small reception area serves as a small marketplace for purchasing essentials.
That said, it is in the heart of the Altstadt and the location is unbeatable. If we had not stayed in the Altstadt it would have limited our ability to explore old Salzburg as much as we did.
The property itself is in a charming old building but the rooms are tastefully renovated and refurbished.
I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in and explore Salzburg.
