The front desk person Peter was incredible. Very accommodating, always smiling and interactive with us. When a timing mistake for transportation was made to get to the Rammstein concert Peter quickly solved the issue.

The unit was spacious and modern with everything you would need to prepare a meal. My family of four were very comfortable and the host went out of his way to provide recommendations about local highlights. There was a cleaning fee of 100 Euros that is mentioned in the listing but was missed when booking. Wouldn’t recommend for shorter stays because of the fee.

Pros :
The food on offer was exceptional
The staff are all very friendly
The hotel is opposite the ski lift and next to a piste
Front desk upgraded my single room to a double
There is free parking (as well as paid)
Cons :
I found other peoples hair on the clean sheets.
Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear

Nice people very down to Earth and courteous. Beautiful scenery and good sauna and pools. Very pleasant and surprising nice place with nature look like is phenomenal. Definitely is worth coming back
