Good value and convenient location in Strasbourg. It’s outside the centre but close to a tram stop with frequent (every 5min) service. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are very helpful and responsive to requests.
We had an issue with noise as we were put on the same wing as a high school group who would knock on doors several times after midnight and early morning. We were also woken up by their late hallway conversations. Room doorbells and better soundproofing would have helped.
To their credit, the hotel let us change rooms very late at night.

Staff was very helpful, no menu options for dinner, breakfast was good the shower facility was not for tall or handicapped people (not enough grab bars, the shower head was on a sliding bar that was too short for a tall person).
