Only gripe: there was an annoying flashing LED on the thermostat control which illuminates the whole room at night.

I only stay at Bank Hotel when I visit Stockholm. Everything about it is of the highest standard, no detail goes unnoticed. The staff are friendly and wonderful, the breakfast provided is outstanding.
