Ok so lots of things I like about this property and have stayed here before but things that need improved. Great location in the heart of Riva but on the outer edge, so parking a scooter is easy. Waterfront 2-5 mins walk. Most properties in Riva don't have elevators and you have to carry your luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. This property has an elevator but it shakes a little and needs maintenance. Never met anyone at the front desk from Prima Luce, and was able to check in with a host from the sister company Proma Life. Room was large and clean, fridge didn't work. TV remote also didn't work. There is a mini supermarket on the 1st floor and Taxi and Bus stop immediately out front. Would stay here again because of location elevator and large clean rooms and price

The hotel was clean, well appointed and in a quiet area. Walking distance to all the attractions with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Would definitely stay again

excellent three day stay. check in was amazingly smooth. breakfast was lovely, i didn't know until last morning that i could get made to order eggs at the breakfast!

All was superb I really enjoy this property I've been staying at this property many times . Its convenient to all areas of Croatia. Pool is great and breakfast is great 👍
