This has to be removed from Expedia’s website. Everything listed about this place should be questioned. We booked for 10 nights and dealt with nothing but extreme noise almost daily and then was checked out after 8 days and had to check back in again to try to get back into the building for our last 2 nights. We were locked out for a hour at 9 PM after being given new codes that didn’t work. 3 nights of false fire alarms going off about 11 pm with fire trucks showing up to turn them off. The noise from the front of the building is tram noise 24/7 but the delivery trucks and recycle pickup at 4:30am in the morning is crazy. The deliveries for the supermarket right below your windows every morning and night usually starting after 8PM is really loud. I wish I could load the videos of how bad it was to this post. This place is a 1 star at most. We have traveled extensively and have never had to deal with all these problems anywhere. The staff keeps saying they are here to help but no help is given when needed or corrected. A lot of other nice places to stay. Now I know why there prices to stay here are not to bad. And before I forget they only gave us 1 day for cleaning for a 10 night stay and was charging a fee for a cleaning of the room. Stay away trust me on this one😎

The hotel was clean, and the room was okay overall. However, finding our room wasn’t easy, and there was no one available to guide us or help us find our way.

The location was excellent and the ability to do laundry in the unit was key for the long stay. Loved this place and did not want to leave.

Nice location and very attentive staff

This is a beautiful hotel. It’s quiet, in a gorgeous and convenient part of the city for exploring, and areas such as the bar, the spa and bedroom were stunning. The spa in particular was so calm and a great place to relax. It’s been recently renovated and has great facilities. On one afternoon visit I had the whole place to myself. Our bedroom was large and well presented. The turn down service was a nice touch. Another new feature was the breakfast room, which looks fantastic. I think this is one area that’s having teething problems. It’s not run very well, and it lacks the service of the other parts of the hotel. Although I think the waiting staff and chefs were friendly. Even when we were early in the hot food was lukewarm, and wasn’t as good as other hotels I’ve visited. You often waited a long time to get a hot drink, for some reason they didn’t take it straight away. The people making the coffees need some training too. Overall it could do with a more hands on manager to get it working better.
