The communication team was on point. Any issue we had it was promptly resolved. We appreciate the way Bob people were available anytime of day and night!
I booked it for my 81 year old mom and it was a bit tricky for her to actually find the entrance, she says. Also, this place has contact less check in. One gets in and out with a code. So that was a bit tricky for my elderly mom. We just didnt know that when we booked. However, it was easy once she figured out.
For families, I believe this is a great deal given that it has a little kitchenette. Location was perfect! Right in the center and walk to anywhere. Thanks Bob !

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Complimentary continental breakfast. No sauna which I was surprised about seeing how there is one in nearly every house in Finland. 5min walk to the esplanade and waterfront and closest tram stop. Would stay here again. Only issue, I couldn’t pair the TV with my phone to access my own Netflix.

A brilliant stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were fabulous. Our family room was large, very well equipped and super comfortable. The bar area was friendly and buzzy. The food quality was excellent. The hotel’s location for central Helsinki and trip pick-up points was fantastic.
