Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. Some of the mobile homes are also farther from the beach than depicted in the photos. There’s room for improvement in sustainability efforts, such as better recycling options and care for stray animals. That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking.

The hotel was excellent and very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nikolina at reception and Jakob in the lounge bar. We enjoyed lovely meals at Planika and Bracera and a particular mention to Alexandria who provided excellent customer service throughout our entire meal. The hotel’s own restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served is also excellent with very tasty dishes and again great customer service. Thank you, we will return

A relatively new and well-maintained hotel in Zadar, with the Old Town just a short boat-taxi ride away. The facilities were all in excellent condition, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the terrace at the front of the hotel was a lovely spot to relax with a drink while enjoying the sea views.

The staff was wonderful and super friendly. This apartment was everything we needed. Super clean and perfect. Location was excellent. The view was awesome. With big balcony doors. Perfect little table with two chairs. Perfect for a couple. Swimming right out front, pool was amazing, and restaurant was very very good. Walking distance to old town. Only negative was checkout is at 10am. I am used to 11am or 12pm. So you don’t feel rushed.
