Had booked this hotel for a couple of nights. On arrival check in was good and we decided to upgrade to a suite. It was only after this we were told that to use any of the spa facilities it was an extra €25 per person per day for a 2 hour slot. I think that's excessive when paying €140 per night. The room was large and comfortable but the WiFi throughout the hotel is poor. Breakfast is very good and as an overall experience I would class it as good.

We were met by a friendly man on reception. We had requested two rooms together and were given next door rooms - thank-you. The hotel was beautiful and clean and in a perfect location close to the beach, the boat over to Spain and plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool was lovely and very quiet so never a problem getting a sunbed at any time and pool towels were provided free of charge. We were unable to reserve a car parking space in the hotel as they don’t have many but managed to find a spot outside.

Unbelievable property on the beach in France. Most people think of the Mediterranean when you say the south of France but Biarritz and this hotel is just as good or better! Top 5 spas I’ve been to worldwide!
