There was a man, Bor, who was so friendly and welcoming. This property felt so luxurious but also homey. The Michelin restaurant served absolutely delicious local food. We slept so well here. It was so quiet with antique books everywhere. The bath was so nice in the bathroom with everything you could want - robes, slippers, conditioner, shampoo and Epsom salt.

Staff, room, and restaurant were amazing. Great communication. Easy check in. Beautiful/comfortable room. All good was well labeled. They even made me a gluten free breakfast to go. I would highly recommend for people with food allergies.

Excellent location in the middle of the City, alongside the river.
We had the smallest room, which had a small glass walled bathroom with a sliding door and curtains for privacy.
A comfortable double bed, which was quite long considering.
Only thing letting the hotel down is that it was a bit tired and cleanliness was just OK. The carpets have seen a better day, not sure they were vacuumed the 5 days we were there. We also found a dirty towel behind the curtain on arrival. Bathroom was cleaned daily albeit we had to ask for replacement shower gel and shampoo.
One bonus was the small pool on the roof, great after a hot 30c plus day.

The owners were outstanding, incredibly friendly, helpful and full of useful information to make sure your days plans were the best they could be. Breakfasts were great and a good way to start the day. I would highly recommend this hotel!
