We were in London for just one night only and thought it would be an opportunity to try a hotel that we have not previously booked before. This will absolutely be THE hotel we choose for all of our future London stays. Absolutely wonderful service - anticipating needs and going above and beyond. The amenities are outstanding. We were celebrating our 37th wedding late and they left us a beautiful (and delicious) chocolate cake in our room. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Great location and the service was the best we've experienced so far of any 5 star hotel. We prefer small, boutique hotels and this did not disappoint. We felt pampered.

Such a gorgeous property!!! We stayed there for 3 nights and hardly left. We ate at all the restaurants, including High Tea. We had such an amazing time. We will be back!
