Wonderful staff and accommodation had a 6 night stay that was in the heart of Pompei close to the archaeological sites but far enough out to be peaceful. Wine was excellent and the wine tasting menus great and cost effective. Rooms clean breakfast had a great variety. Will be returning

Nice place. Beautiful view from the top. Good location. Pool hours are not great and they closed early one day that we tried to go swimming. Breakfast is wonderful. Roof top bar is perfect and that staff was super nice. Would definitely stay again.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

The hotel is located in a cute small area ( marina grande ) which we enjoyed it. But it was inconvenient to get there by a taxi.
We had to walk like 200 yards to the hotel once we were dropped off. Beautiful view though

We stayed here for 5 nights, it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is charming & very well maintained.
Staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was lovely with ample options.Location is central with the view of the water from the rooftop & walk to the marina where the ferries leave is abt 20 mnts but there is an elevator that can take you down to that marina also if u are not in the mood to walk down.Grand Marina is also abt 15-20 mnts walk, has some nice restaurants. Lots of restaurants & shopping right outside the hotel. The Donna Sofia Restaurant just outside the hotel is a great dining option.

Out of my Italy experience, I think this hotel was my absolute favorite! I loved it was unique! Staff was so helpful and accommodating! Friendly and willing to help! I really enjoyed our experience here. They upgraded our room and make our accommodations easier! The VIEWS were immaculate. The FOOD at their restaurant was also immaculate! We didn't have to go searching for food. I really enjoyed that they had transportation for us and accommodated us for our early flight. They were also flexible as well. 50/10 stars!
