Wow - will definitely stay again. The staff was great and the hotel was gorgeous and spotless. A block from the Natural History Museum, a walk across the park from the Met, kitty corner from amazing bagels and surrounded by great restaurants and ice cream. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch.
I will go back to The Fifth Avenue Hotel. It was a wonderful experience.

Nice views.. but food at restaurant left a lot to be desired. Also staff presentation was terrible. They need uniforms and a dress code. Booty shorts, wrinkled clothing... its all a part of the experience and everyone looked like they got up out of bed and came to work. Take pride. Its managements fault ..

Staff was nice as was the room. We had to get someone to come and repair the sliding bathroom door. It still didn’t close all the way.
