Such a beautiful resort and very welcoming and accommodating staff!

The staff was very nice and remembered all of us by name. We loved the property as each room was a separate building. The pool was fun and the restaurant was great and had live music every night.

Absolutely beautiful resort. The bathroom is fabulous. The bed is comfortable and the fireplace takes a chill off in the evening. The food in the restaurants is good with lots of choices. The grounds are very well maintained. The view is awesome and the park is amazing.

From the moment we got to the hotel until we left, the staff were wonderful. My family and I were greeted with freshly made juice blend that was delicious and our bags were taken to our room. We booked activities prior to arriving but wish we hadn’t because they help you with all of that as well, which includes transportation to and from the hotel. I highly recommend the night walk and zip line activities. We had to leave early in the morning due to an early afternoon flight out of San Jose, and they even packed us. Breakfast to go for that as well. My wife and I are looking forward to coming back as this was a very peaceful place. We took our six year old daughter and she loved it as well. It rained the entire time we were there but it does say cloud forest after all, so in a way, that was expected. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

A wonderful little cozy hotel with a charming cabin-style feel. The atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. It has that perfect rustic charm without sacrificing comfort. A lovely place to stay if you're looking for something cozy, quiet, and full of character. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Absolutely the best. The staff was so attentive. The room was clean and jacuzzi after long days of hiking was perfection. If you want a romantic / kid free getaway in the mountains this was great !!
