Good location, but there was a lot of construction going on in the Marina while we were there. We didn't spend much time in the room so it met our needs. Not sure what amenities there were. The only option for breakfast was a buffet which seemed a little expensive for light eaters.

Perfect location and nice finishes - really glad we did a small suite with a kitchenette, since food and restaurants are so expensive! A great supermarket is only a couple blocks away, open 24/7. Highly recommend.

The location is really very ideal , covenient and close-2min walk, to Bus Stop #8 ( one of the common bus stop for excursion pick ups) and BSI Bus Terminal ( main bus terminal for airport transfers, excursions, etc..15 to 20min walk)
It is easy to find for it is right in front of the Hallgrimskirkja church( tallst church, which can be seen anywhere from downtown Reyjkjavik/tourist area.
Staff are very helpful and accomodating.The buffer breakfast is a good deal ( $25 CAD per person) considering eating breakfast anywhere in the area will cost way more.Unlimited cofee and tea for guest 24/7 is a very good perks.
Just something to consider: Hotel does not have an elevator , showers might be too tight for some, and the church bells rings every hour ( I cannot remember upto what time in the evening). If you are all okay with these, I highly reccomend staying in Hotel Leifur Eiriksson
