Front desk staff was exceptional. Always attentive and friendly and accommodating! Super clean room and bathroom. It has been updated to be modern, and the fixtures are great from an American perspective. The shower is SMALL. The closet would be great if it had hangers. We opted not to even ask for them. We did get extra towels as we needed, with no issues. They are in the process of renovating still, so hopefully some art will be added at some point. Without it, the hotel seems sterile. Just a person preference, and wouldn't keep us from coming back. Our only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. The attendants never once smiled (even when we tipped), and there were a couple of times the foods were not ready when they opened - making it difficult to eat before tours. I never saw the tables wiped clean throughout service (we were there at varying times). The front desk staff and the location made this a great place for our week in Rome.

Did not have any pets. Staff was amazing needed transportation to cruise terminal & had some difficulty finding transportation.

Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!

Staff were great. But, the elevator situation during this stay March 2026 and back in October 2025 was affecting my broadway show ticket ETA.

The lobby was really pretty the rooms are very basic ! No microwave no refrigerator had to call for clean rags ! The bed was very soft but I guess it’s okay for a one night stay

All ok ok. Weird alarm on both nights- rooms are not soundproof. Room needed a rug- just too bare. Breakfast was good. It's not the most lively place. I did like that they had a kettle in the room. That was probably the nicest thing for me.
