Spa was amazing! Accommodations were great staff friendly! Only complaint my room was by the bar so I couldn’t sleep!

Since the moment we checked in we were welcomed by Promise Samuel who is always so welcoming. We actually came to Continental Hotel because Promise works there. We followed him from a previous hotel and decided to stay at continental because he is friendly, efficient, and just a pleasure. The hotel staff were also all friendly. Everyone is welcoming and always there to help you with anything that you may need. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and I appreciate the variety of food options that are provided. I love the option of being able to build your own omelette. I didn’t realize they also do fried eggs if you ask, I will have to do that on my next stay. Overall great place to stay.

The staff could’ve been more pleasant and warm, the check-in process was somewhat chaotic.

This was a very clean, calm and inviting space to spend my vacation. It was elegant but not gaudy. The staff was excellent and very attentive to my needs. I felt very well taken care of there. This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced.

The wheat baker staff are incredible, professional to a hilt and warm and friendly. I arrived in shock to realise that the swimming pool and gym were under reconstruction and the view from my executive suite was an active construction site. The Manager and front desk staff patiently explained that Expedia was aware and it was on their direct site. The only saving grace was the quality of the staff, at each touch point, it was warmth and understanding. In the end, I drew the drapes and kept them closed and enjoyed the security and warmth of the Wheatbaker …. Expedia you owe me for inadequate disclosure, please address my complaint.
