Saint Clement Island Cheap Holidays

The location was terrific with a short walk to the Riva and palace. Shopping and restaurants were plentiful. The apartment is very comfortable with a user friendly kitchen area and all the necessary comforts. The area is very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

This place was everything!! The staff were incredibly helpful from bags to recommendations … everything is walkable within 5 mins.. The AC is powerful and the L’Occitane products terrific. Room was super clean comfortable with a nicely stocked fridge… The breakfast is superb! Gorgeous looking and delicious.. Special thanks to Jann and Ante who were fabulous hosts!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ will come back ..

Hotel and staff were fabtastic

This wasn’t your typical “hotel”. We were struggling to find something affordable during the busy July month in Split, most hotels were double if not triple the price of Boutique Sailor rooms. We were skeptical at first because of the great price but after reading the reviews and staying there for 5 nights ourselves, we totally get the hype now! This “hotel” was more like a mix of a hotel & an airbnb. The room felt exactly like a hotel but there is no lobby, no staff on the premises and certainly no room service (sort of). The hosts (a husband and a wife) were incredible. All the communication is done via WhatsApp. They were able to pick us up from the bus station and drop us off at the airport all free of charge (of course we tipped). The “hotel” is located on a relatively busy street but you’d never know it once you’re inside. It’s located in a building of roughly 3 levels (no elevator) but the rooms are situated just up one flight of stairs. There’s 3 boutique sailor rooms and they are all right next to each other. The layouts are thoughtfully designed and we got lucky and got one with a balcony. The hosts are available to give recommendations, bring you breakfast, extra towels, clean the room, etc…just like a hotel. The only difference is instead of calling the lobby, you message the host via WhatsApp. They are super responsive and soooooo nice. Highly recommend this stay!

Amazing location and the staff were helpful in getting me to the airport. When they cleaned my room they threw away some snacks I was looking forward to finishing though!

Lovely room with view of the sea. Pool area was very well kept with nice bar. Food was delicious - we even ordered room service to eat on our balcony. Walk to city center doable but too taxi’s back up! Parking easy.

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was gorgeous. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. The rooms were super clean with the exception of a carpeted floor. Change the carpets out and the experience would have been much better. Very old carpet floors are yucky! TV was small and had five channels. Hotels these days should have smart TVs for heaven's sake😂 Staff was very nice all except one woman at the front desk.....she had a bit of an attitude. The rest were very nice, however. No hot water. The hotel was at capacity and this was explained to us ....we understood but nothing was done about it (no small refund or anything extra, no attempt at accomidating late check out etc). All I wanted was a shower. This was during Ultra music festival so it doesn't happen all the time apparently. I would stay here again! Great location.
