Nice rooms convent location. The breakfast wasn’t very good. I would suggest getting food somewhere else. The happy hour was great with food and 1 free adult drink the 1 st night. The 2 night food was not edible! Horrible to serve that left over inedible food. We left and went out for a decent snack

Nice spacious rooms
But this hotel is not typical
Not a very cozy or welcoming front office, locks are everywhere, and you can’t access areas without a key card. Feels safe but a little overboard.

From guest registration (shout out to RJ from Melbourne) to the Hero Valets and every staff person I interacted with, this was an amazing experience. The room was beautiful and I can't imagine a more - dare I say it - a more magical experience. Will DEFINITELY be back.
