My husband and I stayed at Das Ebertor Hotel for 3 days. It was a perfect place to explore the Rhine region. Access to trains is a 2 minute walk so easy to get to other towns. KD ferry dock is just out front on the promenade making it super convenient. Breakfast was lovely and a nice way to start the day. Rooms were really clean and spacious. We looked out over the river...spectacular! Great place for a home base

My higher category roomtype was not available at check in. That could have been resolved early in the day when I dropped off luggage, but it was not addressed until late afternoon upon my return.
Compensation was not offered until I asked. Dissapointing.
