My stay at Hotel Riu in Times Square was nothing short of fantastic! The location couldn't be better, situated right in the heart of the bustling Times Square and Restaurant Row. It's the perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to numerous attractions, shops, and dining options. The staff at Hotel Riu were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant, and they were always willing to assist with any request. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a busy day in the city. The modern decor blended perfectly with the vibrant atmosphere outside. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with prompt responses to any needs and a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. Absolutely AMAZING in every way. The Plaza exceeded my expectations and was central in making our engagement weekend a time that we will always remember! The STAFF are what truly sets the Plaza apart. Always helpful, humorous and posh without being stuffy, the staff truly are the soul of the institution.

The staff was very friendly and the ambience was nice. However, the room was very cramped and had to be careful not to fall over columns and bed on the way to the bathroom. Walls were thin and there was no facial soap provided.

Location is great and breakfast was good

Friendly staff, soft lighting is nice, A/C worked after calling for someone to fix it. Bed & pillows are fairly comfortable, very small rooms, the water pressure was just okay, our neighboring guests were quiet, but the doors slam throughout the night. Also, there was a gap between our room door when closed so a beam of light shined through which made it difficult to fall asleep. It was more affordable compared to other hotels in the area, so if that’s why you’re booking it- it’s a great choice.

Nice place! This isn’t the first time. I’ve stayed here earlier a couple of times or more. I am happy with the stay.

I came to Brooklyn to attend a concert for my BDay. I was pleasantly surprised to know that the staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. You never know what you're going to get with NY energy... Also, the cleaning staff was awesome; I ended up leaving them a little tip! My room was cleaned daily not like some other major chains. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here @ NU and would recommend it to anyone.
