I didnt like their scanning of luggage and even handbags to enter into the property which I did not see in other 5 or 7 star hotels in anywhere in the world.

to say my expectations were blown away is an understatement. The service is EXCEPTIONAL from the first and last step in and out of this hotel! The pool was amazing, the spa was INCREDIBLE and the service at every single touch point exceptional. Totally exceeded my expectations - will be back - thank you so much!!
