Nice hotel. Good price. Disappointed that they charge for the 2 water bottles in the room, but still a good value hotel option.

Great breakfast options. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The internet left a lot to be desired.

Our stay was good, but this hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel as advertised. Upon check-in we were not informed of any amenities, even though there is a pool on the rooftop that can be used by guests during the day. Night/early morning receptionist guy was very friendly and helpful! Day receptionist (woman) was really hard to communicate with and we got the impression she was trying to make things more difficult for no apparent reason, ie.: we asked for a later check-out, she said she would check with her manager and text us (which she never did), as we didn’t hear back, we assumed it had been granted. Upon checking out at that time, she fought us for 5min about how late it was, implying we would have to pay extra, only to say at the end that “it was ok, she had spoken with her manager and we were all set” - really poor customer service and care. Would not stay there again.

I attended an event and thia was well staffed. Beautiful place!

Love the city views. Staff was super friendly. I wish i could have stayed for longer. And much respect for the upgrade from Superior King to Junior Suite.
