The hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom took away from the overall experience. The shower head needs to be replaced, and water leaked from the shower into the rest of the bathroom, creating a large mess after each use. Additionally, the hotel would benefit from upgrading its amenities, as they feel outdated. With some improvements to the facilities, this could be an even better place to stay.

Photos and description are accurate: apartment is on ground floor with small patio. Parking is on-street for 25 EUR per day. Excellent breakfast at nearby restaurant is 9:00-12:00 only.

I stayed in this hotel on two occasions. The first visit was flawless. The second visit was too small and they refused to move me to one similar to the first time.

Very nice suite with a potential for higher end. However, it is on a small one way street with no convenient public parking near it. I was lucky to find a slot on the street with 3-5cm space on each side. Thanks to my superior geometry knowledge I made it.

The hotel floors were very clean ! They had a strict no smoking policy which we liked because of children and it’s hard to find clean air when smoking is common. But the staff were smoking inside everywhere so there was smoke and a strong smell. The bed was very very uncomfortable and most of all there was no buffet. We added on the half board and paid extra for it for buffet breakfast and dinner but there wasn’t a buffet at anytime. We were given an al la carte menu and still got a bill for 4,000 dinars at one meal for drinks (non alcoholic). The reception staff was rude about the bill and said it’s only the drinks from the machine or pitchers but there weren’t any. THERE WASNT A BUFFET. I’d like to also mention how horrible it looked to see one staff member of Asian decent working very hard cleaning the floors and keeping the entire hotel clean and constantly working while the remaining staff members were sitting around smoking.

Great location, beautiful hotel, very helpful staff. Loved having Elizabeth (the trendy spot) in the same building and the Galerija shopping mall so close by. Would def come back
