Nos gustaron las albercas muy bonitas, el bar y música en alberca dio buen ambiente, el edificio con elevadores y buen mantenimiento en jardines, muy buena atención de Mercedes en las balinesas nos hizo sentirnos cómodos, el buffet en desayuno y cena delicioso, fue buena experiencia la estancia en hotel Emporio

Seaweed needs to be cleaned off the beach everyday. Not enough restaurants

Jessica was the best at the lobby desk. Overall many great employees with a few rude ones. Towel guy and coffee shop ladies all rude. Adult pool needs signage stating no kids! Brazilian steak night on my birthday was the worst of the whole week! Hardly got any meats at all. Buffet was repetitive but good. Marco Polo was good, couldn’t even get in some restaurants because they were closed or full. Resort was far from full. Would I come back? No because I’m going back to all adult. Wayyyyy too many kids for me personally.

I recently stayed at this property with my family and our experience was amazing. Most of all I would like to praise the staff, every single interaction we had was positive and I have nothing but praise for them. The food is also amazing with variety throughout our stay. There were various activities throughout the day for both children and adults. Just amazing.

Restaurant is pretty nice , located in front of the Laguna. Pool was very clean. Staff is very friendly.

The resort was clean - from the rooms to the pool and beach ! The food was good , it just took a while to figure out what worked well for us. The breakfast was 10/10 , sooo many options & kid approved. It was noted to us that we came during a less crowded tourist time (mid August) so just a small tip. This is a more secluded hotel - not in Hotel Zone but you can take taxis around Cancun. If you’re looking for partying this may not be the right fit for you. This is a place to unwind, be with family & friends. We will DEFINITELY be coming back !
