Wish it was easier to book reservations at restaurants.

The property was well maintained overall (didn't love the showers), but had an issue with the washing machine and it was resolved immediately. Housekeeping, maintenance, waitstaff, and bartenders were all extremely friendly and courteous. Service was prompt. Not much to do in the evenings aside from dinner. No entertainment, or nice bar areas at night. During a medical emergency- there was a few issues with transporation to the hospital and then an unpleasant moment with the concierge afterward. But overall a great resort.

Me, my husband and my baby daughter totally enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Staff are very friendly and food service was exceptional! Pool is really nice and beach is unforgettable. We will miss it!

Staff was very friendly, attentive, warm, helpful and welcoming. Room was good, shower wasn’t the best drainage wise, besides that it was great. Room had a beautiful view. Pool was cleanly, lounge area was decently kept. Food was superb, I was pleasantly surprised that just about everything was delicious. This is a wonderful resort to unplug and reset. Property has laid back entertainment. If activity and adventure are your thing, they also offer diverse excursions. I personally LOVED, Xplor Fuego. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time here. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it has what we were looking for: great location, private beach, clean rooms, good food ( very Mexican style), nice pool for the young ones, and friendly staff. What we saved on this hotel, we spent it on tours! It’s a good choice for practical and non picky people. If you’re looking for a hotel with the basics, this will meet your expectations. We've been coming to Beachscapes on/off over the years since 2015. It has one of the most amazing beaches. The water is always calm and the only waves you experience is from the people renting jet skis and boat owners. Over the years we noticed some great changes they've made, some include a heated pool palapas with an included table for items and 2 beach chairs per palapas. There are rules for them which include no reservations by leaving items or towels on them for long hours. We will be back soon with more of our family. The restaurant within Beachscapes serves great food from 12pm to 10pm. If you feel like venturing out, you can take a half mile walk to many restaurants and hang out spots. One of our favorites was Tacos Rigo. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Beachscapes for making our experience great over the years!
