A/C didn’t work practically at all in 2 of the 3 rooms. Fan was noisy. All that was reported, they did nothing to fix it or change rooms. Restaurants à la carte were very difficult to get. Nautical included attractions, were full but the staff suggested to talk to guy to make an opening, so was it full or not? I saw at least two catamarans sitting on the sad for quite sometime, which tells me they were not reserved.

It was up to my expectations. Clean properties , nice staff and good food

Clean room. Good food. Good drinks. Clean beach. Clean pool. All you need from an all-inclusive.

We travelled in April with a group of friends and children aged 6-8 yrs old. It was a fantastic stay. Pros: -beautiful resort, the rooms were very spacious and the grounds well maintained. If you look around you can always see staff working hard doing maintenance, they do a great job. - so many amenities. Our family enjoyed the many pools, water park, arcade, VR room, mini golf, bowling. Some things cost extra but that was all made clear before we travelled so we were prepared for that. - the beach is beautiful, however very rough. We still enjoyed it, just keep a close watch on everyone. Again this was something we knew beforehand so we weren’t surprised. - the staff was all very friendly, this really stood out to me. It didn’t matter who we encountered, they were all lovely! Check in and check out was very smooth and they accommodated our request to be placed close to our other friends. - food was great for all inclusive. Plenty of options. We liked not having to make reservations for most restaurants. We ate early (6 pm) because of the children, and we never had to wait long to be seated. There were several breakfast options, Isla was our favourite. Nice calm atmosphere and lots of fresh options. The coffee shop in the main lobby was also amazing! Also there are food trucks around the pools which was convenient with kids! Cons: - very large, but this was not a huge hinderance for us. I will say the trolly system was excellent!
