Great place to stay

The hotel did not have our room setup for four people, as the sleeper sofa bed was not even made. However, besides that, everything was okay.

Room was clean and I even got a little upgrade! The staff are absolutely lovely and always ready to help and offer advice

The hotel is away from the city centre, but its a 5 - 10 min walk to a coffee shop, subway & a convenience store. It's also opposite the Titanic museum.

Clean, basic. No heat in towel rail. milk in fridge would have been great.

Always a lovely stay at the Grand Central. Attentive staff, comfortable rooms and great food… Which is why we come back when we can.

20 mins walk to the city centre..The area where this is located is so run down and this building is one of the few which is not boarded off ,but there is a Holidayinn just opposite. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There was not much noise even with close proximity to the main road..The bathroom was not as clean with @#£/ stains on the wall and my bad luck decided to take the toilet brush to clean the toilet. It was so dirty and the sight haunted me for a couple of days..Overall acceptable
