I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and then argued with us that he couldn’t smell anything and that the cleaner said they didn’t smell anything. He was rude and was willing to change the mattress but was just so rude and arrogant. Why be rude and say no to us if your still going to help us, it was just so upsetting. It’s a shame this happened because the property is beautiful and pool is very nice but it was just very upsetting.

The staff, property, amenities were all excellent. We will definitely be going back! You’ll find a clean room, helpful staff, a great pool area and walking distance to the beach with cabanas that can be paid for & reserved. Restaurants are within walking distance.

The front desk charged extra for having 2 extra friends in our hotel room for a couple hours. Though the max occupancy is 3 in the room. I couldn’t believe it. It was a total of 4 of us and they were there for a couple hrs. They used no amenities of the hotel. Front desk was so rude. The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s very very windy since the hotel is high up on a hill so we didn't really enjoy the pool. But we would not stay again.

Great location, rooms were a good size and staff were amazing. The amenities are not great.

They need to sort out their new opening kinks still. Not so many amenities. Nothing you can walk to as the property is surrounded by a car only road. Just doesn’t feel worth the five star prices for what you’re getting.

Could not recommend this hotel more. Beautiful property, extremely helpful and kind staff members, excellent location and very clean. We had a lovely time and hope to come back.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Staff is super helpful and super accommodating. The room is very clean and very updated, the balcony makes it even better! The breakfast every morning was local and tasted absolutely amazing, something I’ve genuinely look forward to every morning. The location is perfect and close to the port, restaurants, beach, shopping, and use of the bus system. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. Fab location, immaculate accommodation and staff were extremely friendly. They even made me a little cake on my birthday!
