South Brooklyn Cheap Holidays

First of all, I want to start out saying that the staff here are awesome. They have to deal with so much, but they are so incredibly helpful and kind and will do anything for you. But the building is a mess. It smells, there are holes in the wall, the rooms are small and the furniture is falling apart. I also had an issue with a man yelling in the hallway a few times, which seems to be a recurring thing there looking at other reviews. The staff were really truly trying their best with what they had, and they all honestly deserve such a nicer building. Normally I would give this place one star, but the second star is just for the staff.
