Nice hotel and safe place I like clean and everything brand-new thank you

I was up on the 2nd floor so had to go up a lot of stairs with my heavy suitcase. The shower didn't function well. The water was either very hot or very cold.

The staff took great care of us. Went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.

Property was fine but bedrooms were quite small and hard to move in.

Although we only stayed one night it was comfortable and with easy access to Edinburgh city centre it suited us perfectly, only negative was no breakfast on the premises.

Great place excellent location. Really nice apartment and excellent attention! Definitely we are going back!

Excellent service, breakfast was very good.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight out the next morning so didn’t get to enjoy breakfast. They did off to bring us a little breakfast tray early, but sadly they must have forgot as we never got it. But the room was beautiful, had a cute nespresso machine in it and the bed was comfy. Overall a lovely stay!

No fridge, and noise from street/nearby bus stop was loud. Other than that, good location and helpful staff on the phone.

Nice hotel and room. Easy to get around. Only 1 restaurant that's expensive and not for every taste. Staff were helpful

Super helpful staff - Hoi especially! Great location. Clean and comfortable facility. There are steps to most rooms. Breakfast in adjoining pub was good. All in all a great, affordable place to stay.
