(12,201 reviews) I recently stayed at Palms Place and had mixed feelings about the experience. The rooms are a bit outdated and not as clean as expected — we even noticed some bug issues, which was disappointing. The furniture is worn down and could definitely use updating. One downside was that there’s no access to the balconies, which isn’t clearly emphasized beforehand. There were also no clear instructions regarding housekeeping, and there’s no room service available, which would’ve been helpful to know in advance. Parking wasn’t the greatest either — not the most convenient setup. On a positive note, the staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay, which made a difference.
