The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was exceptional!!! The best Jamon we had in a hotel!!! Personnel were very nice and friendly.
We rate it with 4 starts because we expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel, I.e., would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room and better quality of amenities in the room (e.g. something wrong was with the lotion, there were some pieces inside - probably it was old).

The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and the view of the Guggenheim was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to as there were quite a few ! We loved our stay here in Bilbao and can’t wait to return !
