We arrived late evening. Easy to locate, easy to check in, easy to find parking and easy to get to our room. This was by far one of the most perfect stays we have had. We ate at both restaurants and they were fabulous. Walkable to Graceland which was a plus. The room was spotless. This entire hotel smells like The Bellagio in Las Vegas. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

"Hotel is horrible! First off the lady sent me to the WRONG ROOM, WHO ALREADY HAD PEOPLE STAYING THERE. 2.) The hotel was dusty and dirty as hell! The tub was dirty, the room was so dusty, and on top of that the pillow cases weren't even changed. They didn't properly clean all they did was remake ..."
