Disney's Maingate East Cheap Holidays

The staff was amazing. They could not have been more helpful, professional and kind. My sleeping room could use a little updating but otherwise the food, amenities and pool were wonderful.

Rooms were clean but the sheet had a red bloch stain (wasnt too old but had been washed thru once or twice based on the fading) but still kinda gross. I called to get new sheets and blankets which was helpful and quick. Breakfast was amazing

The four-bedroom condo was big enough for a family of seven, and the air conditioner blew cold air, which is a plus because you're in the Florida heat. It had a nice large pool, and they didn't charge you to sit in the covered pavilion area if you wanted to sit out near the main attractions. Plus, all the staff were super kind!

The rooms are a nice size and a great location to stay with Disney being close by. The rooms were cleaned but not throughly. There was some kind of red sauce still on the counter top and dripped down the cabinets it was like salsa or pasta sauce and the room still smelled strongly of the odor of food. The shower still had a used soap bar in it that had been used it was stuck to the shelf in there. The shower curtains had some mold and mildew on them as well. The overall property was clean and well lit at night and the hotel unit was easy to find.
