Everything was great. I was impressed with the security of the elevators.

Friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered - so upbeat and welcoming and genuinely helpful! The room was small but actually quite unique with its giant window. Location was perfect for walking everywhere and the restaurant we ate in for breakfast was delicious!

Really comfortable bed, beautiful room, will book again in the future!

The staff is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean! The perfect location to walk to restaurants, stores and transportation! I would definitely recommend staying here during your visit to NYC

My stay started off chaotic and unfortunately never really improved. When I checked in, the lobby was absolutely insane, crowded and disorganized. After finally getting through the line, I went up to my room only to realize they had given me the wrong type. I paid for a king bed and was put in a double room. I went back downstairs and was told all the king rooms had heating issues and I could switch the next day. I was find with staying in the double for the night, but within a few hours the room was freezing, my nose was literally cold. I had to call the front desk again, and they were eventually able to move me to a king room that same night. Unfortunately, that room had its own problems. The heater was so loud I couldn’t even hear the television, and then it stopped working properly as well. They had to send me an electronic heater that sat in the middle of my small room. I had to stop over it every time I needed to use the bathroom. The rooms themselves are fine and the location is great, but the constant room issues and back-and-forth with the front desk made the stay stressful and uncomfortable. They offered me anThey offered me an $50 credit to the restaurant that doesn’t even open until 5 PM. I never used it. Overall it just felt like a mess, and I won’t be staying here again.

Room, customer service

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff was probably the nicest staff I have ever encountered during a hotel stay. The location was perfect and I appreciate the free bottles of water we received daily. My only regret was not asking for a room with a better view.
