Room was nice and tidy. Had an issue with the shower head. It kept moving and spraying all over. Soaked the floor. There were some signs of mold in the grout, but overall good for one night. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices.

We had a great stay at the G. The hotel is just outside of the city center, close enough to walk, easy enough to grab a car and be there in a few minutes. There is a small shopping center directly behind the hotel if you need anything.
The staff is incredibly helpful with anything you need or just to have a chat. The lounge and restaurant are beautifully appointed with nice views of lake. The food is some of the best food we ate in London and Ireland. The rooms are spacious and clean and have great space to hang your clothes and put everything away so you feel at home. We would highly recommend staying at the G while in Galway!

Really pretty hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable (signature room 311 on 3rd floor. It had a nice seating area in a turret. Breakfast was quite good with lots of options. We only ate dinner in the bar not the fancy restaurant and the food was okay though a bit salty. we felt service was a bit haughty which was unexpected as everyone on our trip has been so welcoming. Maybe they just don't like Americans here as the front desk staff was dismissive on separate occasions. Even so, I would stay again.

Lovely staff, well-maintained hotel, and spacious, beautifully designed rooms. The brick interior walls make the bedrooms exceptionally quiet. Excellent parking facilities plus a bus stop right across the road with a quick 15-minute ride straight into Galway.
