(1,003 reviews) There was no signage at the airport stating the name change of the hotel and as a result we could not find the shuttle. We started to walk using map quest and it said it was a 20 minute walk, not 5 minutes, when a passerby told us about the name change. We went back to the shuttle stand and tried calling the number on the poster for the shuttle but the recording said thr number as unassigned. I redialed several times getting the same message. When we finally arrived at the hotel 50 mins later and checked in we had to be directed by cleaning staff as to where to go in the hotel as the front desk did not provide accurate directions. The pillows were as flat as pancakes, the room was chilly and had no blankets. The sheets were rough and very stiff and I was thankful we were only there for a few hours between flights. It was not worth the money and effort to go there and I would not suggest it to anyone.
