The initial room was not renovated, and it was dirty with blood stain on the bed. So I asked to change to another room. It was renovated, very modern and clean.

Staying at Schipol´s Citizen M hotel is always very convenient when traveling to the Netherlands, just walking distance to the airport, the rooms are quite comfortable and the food is excellent.

Quite a walk from metro or tram. It was a nice walk though challenging with bags and backpack. How I wish we could rent a bike to the station. Near tram to the Museumplein, 8 stops to Vondelpark and add more for the museums. I was just getting use to the transportation it may be good location for anything else like the airport.

Staff was friendly. The rooms were hot. There was no windows that would open and he fans provided were very loud and didn’t work very well. We were there in June and the outside temp was only 12-18 degrees, couldn’t imagine it when the weather was 30
