Breakfast team was good, gentlemen on desk and egg station lady, so sweet. Front desk team was kind and attentive at check in. Housekeeping lady was so sweet. Good choice for hotel pre cruise location. Our family had 2 rooms and we had everything that we needed.

The hotel has a perfect location. The rooms are perfect including bathroom. Curtains have a great blackout. The staff is absolutely the best. Everyone from reception, breakfast, housekeeping. Kitchen and restaurant staff Oscar,Kas, Ghis, Ramona and Axel, amazing staff. Reception Aitor, Ana, Mario, Ivan, Javi, Ester, Raul, Althea. Couldn’t have been in a better place after a surgery by myself. They made me feel at home. Highly recommended!!!!

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean, well sized and quiet. Air conditioning wasn't working on the first day but was fixed when we asked. We were there in April, so the amenities were limited. Pool was cold, sauna was closed, but I'm sure this changes in the season. Breakfast was standard European hotel buffet. Cheese, meats, toast, scrambled eggs etc... nothing exceptional. Overall this was a good stay, well priced and accommodating. Worth noting though, for a LGBTQ+ hotel there seemed to be many heterosexual couples there.

Hôtel was clean and modern. Close to a bus route from the airport. Restaurants nearby were good.

Single rooms are a good size, but have no safe in the room. Carrying valuables with you all the time is a pain. Sink in shower room does not have plug closure, so cleaning contact lenses in an open sink is perilous. Do not bother with breakfast as you can get much better further down the street. To be restricted to one small cup of lukewarm cafe con lecce is not providing good customer service. Housekeeping of rooms is excellent. Some other staff need retraining - it is not good practice for staff to "tutt" at someone asking a question or requesting something. There is no general relaxation area, only small inside cafe by main entrance. Hotel is in excellent location.

Great location. There is construction in front right now that makes it a bit inconvenient for ride share. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
