The hotel is ideally located in the city center; however, the rooms are small and inconvenient. The housekeeping staff tends to be quite noisy, as their supply room is situated near the guest rooms, leading to frequent loud openings and closings of the door. On a positive note, the reception service was excellent. Unfortunately, the TV channels were limited, and we were charged extra for additional channels. The paid breakfast was just average. Overall, for a four-star hotel, I expected much more! Also, the swimming pool is quite small—more like a hot tub—and seems designed to deceive people through its pictures.

The check in and check out took too much time at the counter. The room needed wall repair and painting. The area was close to the train station but not many restaurants.

An amazing location close to Sagrada Família! Incredible rooftop terrace. Hotel is tastefully designed, staff has been great! I will be back without question.

Nice hotel with 2 pools and spacious room. very clean and nice staff. If the hotel is busy then you will have long wait for the lifts, thatvwas mybinly downside. Shopping Mall next door and close to the metro station.

I rented a Superior Single room for one night. Walked from Parc Nou station, easy to find. The property has the feel of a university dorm. Clean, safe, dinner and breakfast options were simple, affordable and tasty. I would stay here again.

La Rambla streets are under major 3 year construction. So it is loud, dusty and pretty inconvenient. I will say this, the windows are highly sound resistant so the room was very quiet.
