Poor information on the website regarding rooms, car park, availability of recharge for electric car. Staff member helpful in permitting us change the room after my wife had a terrible asthma attack for the dust in the corridors and in the room as soon as she entered into the hotel. Previously requested a room without carpet, message evidently not read at all. Absolutely unsatisfied of the experience.

Lovely hotel and staff, and very convenient to walk into Reims town.
Comfortable bed and quiet.
Access after hours via door keypad providing flexibility.
My only suggestion is that the swimming pool was far too cold to be enjoyable, please turn the heating up.
